Shipping & Delivery

Items purchased before 12 PM EST are generally shipped the same day. We are unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes. Free shipping offers do not apply to bulk orders.

Privacy & Security

When you register for an account with the Boston Warehouse Online Store you are asked to provide personal information such as name, phone number, and address. When you make a purchase as a guest user or registered user some payment information such as a credit card may be collected. Boston Warehouse will only use this information for the fulfillment of the goods and services it provides. The information is stored on secure servers and is not shared with any affiliates. Boston Warehouse may use the information to market its products, in such a case you can opt out by removing yourself from our newsletter.

Returns & Replacements

No returns may be made without consent. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Damaged goods may be replaced or refunded. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ordering

Our one page ordering system makes it easy to modify the various aspects of your order without having to navigate to multiple pages. Registration is not necessary to place an order but is required to save common account settings such as addresses. Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

Payment : The Boston Warehouse Online Store accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as valid payment methods.
Pricing : The Boston Warehouse Online Store does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.
Promotions: To qualify for a special promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. Orders that are shipped to multiple addresses are also not eligible.

Duties & Tax : Boston Warehouse will collect sales tax in Massachusetts, New York, and Arkansas. All other duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*Please note - Free shipping promotions only apply to shipments in the United States. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the United States. Free shipping promotions do not include duty charges for international shipments. Duty charges will be collected by the shipping carrier.

 

Viewing Orders

After the initial order placement, only registered users may view the orders they have placed. To view your previous orders, log in and click on the My Account link then select My Orders. Here you will find a list of orders you have placed. To view the details of that order click on the View Order link next to the order.

Updating Account Information

Only registered users may update account information. To update your account information, log in to the site and click on the My Account link. You may update your account under the Account Information link. You may additionally manage your address book entries under the Address Book link.

Although the Boston Warehouse Online Store is an affiliate company to Boston Warehouse Trading Corporation, it only supports products listed on its website. This does not include where to buy Boston Warehouse items, replacement parts, or wholesaler accounts.
